The Interstate Chemicals Clearinghouse (IC2) and participating states are pleased to announce that a draft version of the Guidance for Alternatives Assessment and Risk Reduction is available for public review and comment. The document will be available for 60 days and the comment period will end on Friday, May 3, 2013.
Comment Process: All comments should be submitted through this website. The Guidance Team requests that comments be submitted in any of three ways:
- In an Excel spreadsheet - available for download here. And upload your comments on this page below.
- Form based - you can enter your comments in the form below.
- Electronically - preferably in Word (.doc) or Adobe (.pdf) formats. Upload your comments on this page below.
Comments may also be submitted by mail, but to guarantee that the comments are received within the appropriate timeframe and included in the technical review process, the Guidance Team requests that they also be sent electronically. All comments will be included in a response-to-comments document, which will be released with the final guidance.
